A critical part of Shiftwork Solutions' process is employee participation. We meet with all employees around-the-clock, on their shift and identify their needs, discuss any issues, obtain valuable insight and eliminate rumours.
Employees actively participate in the development of solutions by providing information regarding sleep patterns, health habits and fatigue on their current roster along with preferences for time off, rotations, hours of work, training, etc.
This involvement manages expectations, improves morale and creates acceptance and ownership of the final solutions.
